This activity supports trainers by enhancing their knowledge of social entrepreneurship and innovation through educational materials, case studies, and modern teaching methods. The Slovak University of Agriculture (SUA) offered a three-day “Train the Trainer” program covering vocational training, digital resources, business modeling, and practical case analysis. Participants designed conceptual social businesses in apiculture and discussed their societal impact. The activity also promotes collaboration among partners to support women and youth in rural start-ups. Trainers from partner organizations are the main participants and beneficiaries, gaining skills in pedagogy, legislation, financial practices, and the use of digital tools for effective training delivery.
